Briana Blakley is a second-year law student at the University of Georgia School of Law. She is from Anderson, South Carolina. She graduated magna cum laude and with Leadership Distinction from the University of South Carolina in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management and minor in Criminal Justice. As an undergraduate, Briana was a member of SAVVY (a minority women organization), the Association of African-American Students, and the Multicultural Outreach Student Team. Currently, Briana serves as the 2019-2020 President of the Davenport-Benham Chapter of the Black Law Students Association, and is a Dean’s Ambassador, the Secretary of the First-Generation Student Association, and an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. This past summer, she was an extern at GÖRG law firm in Cologne, Germany, and she attended the Global Governance Summer School in Leuven, Belgium and The Hague, Netherlands. Briana is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
